Despatch Assistant "Scoot" is Chris's right hand man and responsible for looking out customer orders and getting them ready for delivery or customer collection. Scoot joined Craigmarloch straight from school by working in the nursery before moving to despatch. There is friendly riviallry between Scoot and Chris. Scoot's level of service is determined by how well the "Gers" have been playing. Thank goodness they have got a new manager and are starting to win some games.
